Continue ReadingAll Renovation took a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and a studio and converted them into one large apartment with a spacious living room adjacent to a semi-formal dinning room. The master bedroom and bath were moved into the studio apartment, thereby keep the bedrooms in the more recessed parts of the building that have less natural light. The dinning room and kitchen were moved, putting them in a part of the building that allows natural light and air. Added to this reconfiguration was a total custom kitchen renovation, along with custom molding throughout, which took a ‘fifties style’ apartment and gave it a townhouse look. Added to this was a central air conditioning system, which is a rarity in a Brooklyn apartment.
